This site is operated by Alan Skorić, trading as AndromedaSoft, based in Zagreb, Croatia. You can reach me at info@andromedasoft.hr. This page explains what personal data I collect, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR.

What I collect

The only personal data I actively collect is what you enter into the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. I do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

Why, and the legal basis

I use that information solely to read your message and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. I do not use it for marketing and I do not sell or share it.

Processors I rely on

• Cloudflare — hosting and the Turnstile anti-spam check that protects the form.
• Brevo — delivers the contact-form submission to my inbox as an email.
• Pushover — sends me a notification that a new message arrived.

These providers process the data only to deliver your message to me. Each maintains its own privacy terms.

Retention

I keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your message at any time.

Cookies

The site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your cookie-consent choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner does not reappear. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary token to tell humans from bots.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@andromedasoft.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
